Our
Mission
With dual qualifications in both human and animal physiotherapy, our mission is to bring contemporary animal physiotherapy to you, to benefit and improve the quality of life of the animals you share your life with.
We strive to provide the highest quality physiotherapy service for all species of animals, the great and the small.
Our practice is informed by established and emerging research from both the human and veterinary fields.
We know how important both relief from pain and ease of movement is for optimal wellness and quality of life - not just for you but also for the animals in your life.
The well-being and welfare of the animals that matter to you, matter to us and we treat your animals with the same dedicated care and attention as we would to one of our own.
Move Well
Feel Well
Live Well
Our Vision
Equity of care - we envision animals of all species benefiting from the exceptional standard of physiotherapy care that is available to us humans.
Collaborative care - we envision all veterinary clinics having a qualified and registered physiotherapist as part of their multi-disciplinary team - just like in the human medical field where physiotherapists, doctors, surgeons and other allied health colleagues collaborate to ensure optimal care for our patients.
Routine care - we envision physiotherapy as being a routine and standard part of an animal’s health care journey - from preventative care to prehab and rehab following injury and illness.
Evidenced based care - we envision implementing and contributing to the emerging research base which informs and guides our practice.
We want to provide excellent care to our patients - all species, all ages and all abilities.
Most of all, we want to empower you, the special person in your animals life, to provide optimal health care and the best quality of life possible to the animals you share your life with.

Our Facilities
Our Location
Animal Physiotherapy & Hydrotherapy in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne
Our clinic is located in Bayswater, in the outer eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Just a few minutes drive from the Eastlink, we are easily accessible from Melbourne city, the inner and outer eastern suburbs and also the north eastern corridor of the Greater Melbourne area.
Our clinic is located on Mountain Highway, with a wonderful view of Mount Dandenong just beyond.
There is plenty of free parking at the rear of the property. Our physio can assist you with getting your animal in and out of the car / clinic if needed. For animals unable to ambulate well, we can arrange access via the rear of the property, direct from the carpark.
Our therapy space has been designed to feel more like home and less like a clinical hospital environment. We strive to create a relaxed, warm and inviting space with positive experiences at the forefront of everything we do. From Snooza beds to couches, a range of treats and toys to peanut butter on lickimatts - we endeavour to ensure that you and your animal are both keen to return for your next physio session!
